Implemented projects of Wadia a.s.

Reconstruction project of a classicist building with five luxury apartments up to 450 m² in size with a breathtaking view of the Vltava, Charles Bridge and Hradčany.

Representative residential project on the Vltava embankment in Prague 1 with 17 luxury apartments with a living area of ​​up to 378 m² and secured parking in underground garages.

In the autumn of 2007, Wadia a.s. sale of land in Prague 10-Kolovraty.
These were 8 building plots with areas from 356 m² to 1130 m², which were intended for the construction of houses.

The third stage of the construction of the Garden District project was the last, highest stage of the residential project implemented in the beautiful part of Zbraslav on an area of ​​more than 100 thousand m². At this stage, 277 housing units were built in fifteen Stela and Hugo houses and six Laura villas.

The construction of the Garden District project continued with the second stage, in which 264 housing units were built in twelve apartment buildings. Three to six-storey residential houses offered apartments in the categories 1 + kk to 5 + kk with a living area from 27 to 165 m².

In 2003, Wadia a.s. construction of the residential project Garden District in Prague 5-Zbraslav. In the first stage, 192 housing units and four studios in three apartment buildings and the so-called model house with four housing units were built.

As part of the "Zvonička" project in Prague 4, 49 flats were built in 3 buildings, in which underground garages were temporarily located.

The location of Prague 10 was chosen for the construction of the "Nad Dvorem" project. 9 residential houses with 144 residential units were built. The project also included a garage building.

In 1999, Wadia, s.r.o. with the implementation of the construction of the project "V Tehovičkách" in Prague 10. 36 flats and two non-residential premises were located in 6 apartment buildings.
