Projects Implemented by Wadia a. s.

In autumn 2007 Wadia a. s. company started selling building lots in Prague 10 - Kolovraty. It was in total 8 building lots of land area 356m2 to 1.130m2 ready for construction of family houses.

The third phase of The "Zahradní čtvrť" Residential Project was the final phase of the residential project located in the beautiful part of Prague 5 - Zbraslav. The total are of the project was over 100.000 sq. m. Fifteen Stela and Hugo houses with 277 apartments and six Laura villas were built there.

In the second phase of The "Zahradní čtvrť" Residential Project 264 apartments in 12 residential houses were constructed. Three to six-floor residential houses offered apartments in a wide range of categories from one-room apartments to five-room corner suites, with floorage from 27 to 165 sq. m.

In 2003 Wadia a. s. started with construction of The "Zahradní čtvrť" Residential Project in Prague 5 - Zbraslav. In total, three residential houses and one villa house with 192 apartments and 4 studios were built in the first phase of the project.

The Zvonička Residential Project offered 49 apartments in three residential houses with underground parking. The project was located in a beautiful location of Prague 4.

This residential project was built in Prague 10. In total 9 residential houses with 144 apartments were built. The project included a parking facility.

In 1999 Wadia a. s. began construction of the "V Tehovičkách" housing complex in Prague 10. Six blocks of apartments with 36 apartments and 2 non-residential units were built.
