Wadia a. s. is a well established development and investor compamy which has been present in the Czech real estate market since 1999.

During its existence, Wadia has completed a number of successful projects in Prague, Including the construction of residential complexes
"V Tehovičkách" and "Nad Dvorem" in Prague 10, "Zvonička" in Prague 4 or "Zahradní čtvrť" in Prague - Zbraslav. As a whole 1.000 flat units were built during above mentioned projects.
